About the garment

This sweatshirt is built from ring-spun cotton and polyester fleece with a cotton face, garment-dyed to match its t-shirt counterpart so a set actually looks like a set. The crewneck sits relaxed and unisex, finished with ribbed cuffs and waistband. Each one is printed to order, one at a time.

About the design

The tapir has never needed to prove anything, and it isn't starting now. Its face is a nose first: a short, flexible trunk that strips leaves off branches and doubles as a snorkel when the river runs deep. Underwater it moves like something carrying far less body than it does, gone before a jaguar decides it's hungry.

Japanese folklore reshaped that same blunt profile into the baku, the dream-eater, supposedly summoned to swallow nightmares whole. On this shirt it howls at the moon anyway, flat-faced and unimpressed, because nothing about the night has earned its effort.
