About the design
Weasels do not eat lightly. A weasel eats a third of its body weight in a day and calls that Tuesday, and it kills things twice its size by going straight for the neck. Small and low to the ground, built like an afterthought — until it moves, and then it's already gone, already through the fence gap, already back with blood on its face.
Old farmers swore weasels could charm rabbits still, staring them down before the kill, and some said a weasel crossing your path meant someone nearby was plotting against you. Supposedly it still watches the moon the same way it watches everything else. You don't get bigger. You get faster and meaner and you finish what you start.
