About the garment

This is a Comfort Colors 6014 long sleeve, garment-dyed and printed one at a time to order. The color settles into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it looks broken-in before you've worn it once. Cut relaxed, built to last through washes, not a quick print job.

  • 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz
  • Garment-dyed, so the colour is soft and lived-in from the first wear
  • Relaxed unisex fit, with ribbed cuffs and a twill-taped neck and shoulders
  • Printed one at a time, to order

About the design

Bears do not share territory. They mark trees with claws set high enough to lie about their height, and they mean it as a warning, not decoration. A bear this size does not need to be fast. It ambles, it stands, it ends arguments by existing.

Folklore keeps circling back to bears as boundary-keepers between the human world and whatever's past it — guardians of the treeline, animals you don't summon twice. The moon catches its fur in cold silver and ash, spatter and grit sitting on black like old airbrush work. It isn't howling for company. It's telling you where the line is.
