About the design

A wolf howls once and waits for the pack. A frog just keeps going. This one has a vocal sac that inflates like a bagpipe and a call that carries across an entire pond at night, cataloged in decibels, not sentiment. The body is barely bigger than a thumb; the sound is not built to match it, and that is the point.

Folklore put a toad on the moon before it put a man there — the Chinese moon has one baked into the surface, supposedly swallowing eclipses whole. This frog skips the metaphor and just yells at it. Small, damp, and convinced it matters. You should be too.
